I enjoyed painting this image. A dear friend of mine had this image hanging in their house as a photograph and I was really intrigued by the image and asked here where she obtained it? The photo was taken by Susan Lindfors Taylor. To me it appears that the cow is as intrigued with the encounter as Susan was. Susan is an accomplished musician and lives in Texas. She takes beautiful photographs and for some reason I remember reading that she accomplished some notoriety with a bird group or some naturalist. I contacted Susan to request permission to paint her image to which she gracefully granted and for which I greatly appreciate. Check out her music,
